According to the different unloading methods, our large bag unpacking unloader is divided into two structures:
Type a large bag unpacking and unloading machine is to lift large bags (ton bags) onto the rack of the unloader by forklift, and it does not carry lifting equipment.
The B-type large bag unpacking and discharging machine is to lift the large bags (ton bags) onto the rack of the unloader with its own lifting equipment, without the help of the outside world
The design capacity of large bag unloader is 12 bags / hour

The discharging of large bag unloader is not smooth when discharging, which is caused by material arching. For this reason, the large bag unloader is equipped with two kinds of arch breaking discharging devices for selection. According to the different properties of materials, the arch breaking discharging device with vibrating device can be selected to make the powder and granular materials in the ton bag fall down, or the arch breaking discharging device can be used to push the soft large bag (ton bag) to fall.
