The Semi Automatic Weighing and Packing Machine supports the process of precise weighing and packaging of various products. The machine weighs the products in accurate measures and fill these in bags.

1). Gravity or screw feeder;

2). Hanging weighing type, high weighing accuracy is guaranteed by the load cell and digital weighing controller;

3). The height of the filling mouth can be adjusted manually to accommodate the big bag with different height;

during packaging, the bag is hung on a weighing frame, and the weighing frame is hung on four air cylinders. During or after the packaging, the air cylinder moves up and down. The packing bag containing materials is hoisted up and then put down quickly to make the packing bag impact on the ground, so as to vibrate the materials in the packing bag and eliminate the stacking angle of the materials in the packing bag, so as to improve the volume utilization rate of the bag;

4). High degree of automation, automatic taring , automatic filling, automatic weighing, automatic dedustingiing, easy to operate;

5). Equipped with dedusting mechanism;

6). It can form a semi-automatic packaging line with pallet feeder and some conveyors .
