High Efficiency Radio Pallet shuttle racking system
The High Efficiency Radio Pallet Shuttle Racking is a high density smart storage system, which is made by goods shelf, shuttle cart, radio controler and forklift. It has many advantages such as high utilization,high efficiency and high safety factor. The working manner of the Shuttle Racking is controlled by the radio shuttle cart which is already set, so that to finish the work such as storage management, cargo sorting, inventory of goods etc. Compared with other types of racking,radio pallet shuttle racking systen can greatly improve the efficiency of manpower, material and financial resources. It will be the best option for storage management.
Shuttle racking is a large option for high density storage if you have a large volumes of pallets.Lanes up to 50 pallets in depth can be stored in both a First In, First Out (FIFO) and First In, Last Out (FILO) configuration. The remote-controlled shuttles carry goods in and out deep storage tunnels, leaving your operators fell free to perform other tasks.
The Hige Efficiency Radio Pallet Shuttle follows orders sent by an operator using a tablet with Wi-Fi connection, depositing the load in the first free placement location in the channel and compacting the pallets as much as possible. By removing the need to drive forklifts into the lanes, storage capacity is increased in terms of depth, the risk of accidents and damage to the racks is negligible, operator movements are optimised and warehouse operation is modernised and made more flexible.
