Product Description:
Filling machine adopts programmable logic controller (PLC) human and machine interface( HMI) technology , equipped with imported photoelectric track switch from Korea .
Itis suitable for filling ointment products in the industries such as ointment, oil products, syrup, shampoo, chemical and fruit juice etc. The filling nozzle will be automatically inserted into the bottle and carry out the filling and then rapidly ascend, which can reduce the air bubbles.
This series filling machine are suitable for filling cream, ointment, lotion, shower gel, and liquid products etc.
The machine can be used for traditional cylinder filling power, also can adopt servo motor as power filling.
Compared with the traditional cylinder, servo motor filling accuracy is higher, the accuracy can reach<±0.5%, it has the characteristics of high efficiency, high precision, high hygiene standards
These liquid fillers are easy to control and to fill the exact amount of liquid into gallons or containers. There is a filling mechanism that allows the machine to adjust the different sized bottles without replacing parts and also have a "No Bottle-No Fill" mechanism which means the machine will automatically stop the process when there is no bottle available on the belt.
