Description:
Full Automatic Metal Plastic Tube Filling And Sealing Machine. This machine can be used to fill medicine, toothpaste, edible oil, soap and so on into the metal/plastic tubes. It also has 16 heads which can produce 50 cans per minute. The filling precision is ±1%.
This automatic tube filling and sealing machine is designed to meet the requirements of food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. The Filling Precision is 1% and can be adjusted by setting the control parameters while different diameter tubes require time adjustment. The machine works directly without any form of modification to the bottle or other packaging material because of its unique design which loads the product into a separate sleeve. It transfers product into package automatically by inverting, sealing and advancing to next station for further processes such as capping, labeling and packing etc. With 16 nozzles to work with, this machine can process up to 50 cans per minute for any kind of tube fillings in 10 ml to 3000 ml options including PET/ALU/PVC/PPE
Full-automatic metal beverage cans packaging machine adopts the high level of technology, which is specialized for filling and sealing of aluminum beverage cans. With high accuracy and reliable performance, automatic feeding system ensures accurate concentration of ingredients, perfect products quality. This machine also can apply to other kinds of containers from 250ml to 1L.
The machine is used for cans, bottles and other flat pack products. 16 filling heads can be adjusted and placed according to the different packaging shapes of the item, which can be automatically switched according to the production requirements.
