The Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer is composed of main pot(emulsifying pot),a water phase pot and an oil phase pot, vacuum unit, up-and down system, electrical control system and the motor frame etc.The main pot is composed of the cut-off mixing pot, cut-off mixer unit, circulating system and the stirring system etc.The product mainly applied in such industries as daily chemical care products, biopharmacutical industry, food industry, paint and ink ,nanometer materials, petrochemical.
Features:
1. The lid is with a light observation hole, which can keep control of the material emulsification situation in the kettle. There is a small material entrance, which is convenient to add special essence into the kettle.
2. Bottom material discharging is easy to operate. The finished materials can be directly moved into the filling and packing system. The materials can also be dumped out, which is easy to clean.
3. Control system is with digital time relay device, which can adjust the homogenizer speed and working time depending on the features of different products. Electric cabinet can get all controls for power, temperature display, controlling voltage, current, and frequency together. Therefore, the homogenization machine settings has a reasonable combination. The operation is easy to learn.
4. Vacuum system is vacuum suction which applies Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump defoaming treatment (tap water can be recycled and cooling). It will increase homogenization effect.
