The semi-automatic flat bottle labeling machine is mainly composed of a mainframe, a paper feeding and receiving mechanism, and a bottle positioning mechanism. Put the bottle into the mold manually. After positioning the bottle, press the foot switch to automatically stick the label on the bottle.

This semi-automatic labelling machine adopts high temperature hot melt adhesive as the main material, which can be used for applying aluminum foil to wine bottles, soft drink cans and so on. Through the fixation of glue, the label is fixed on the bottle automatically by pressing and heating without manual sticking. It has a speed of 30-40 bottles per minute, which will help save labor cost. The machine is made of stainless steel with high precision, durable in use and easy to clean.
