Automatic Bottle Unscrambling Machine is suitable for plastic PE/PP/PET bottles. It is widely used for food, medicine bottle, jar etc.
1. This machine is electromechanical, working stable and reliable, low noise, convenience in operation and maintenance. The touch screen is in Chinese and English language, and machine is control by PLC system. It can count, set working parameter, display and can be set freely in the range of parameters.
2. It is equipped with quantity control system and overload protection device. The noise in under 70dB.
3. It’s made of 304 stainless steel, easy to clean and disinfection, meeting GMP requirements.
4. The machine will upright the bottles and has two stepless speed control motors. One is controlling the rotary rolling speed, the other one is controlling the conveying speed.
5. A bowing device is installed on the outlet, blow out inverted bottles back into unscrambler.
