This packing machine adopts coordinate picking system. It adopts the vertical upper and lower packing method, this machine is suitable for medicine,food,beverage,beer,liquor,oil,dailychemical,bottled food and other industries.
Product Description
1. Control panel:Adopt Siemens touch screen control panel, have automatic palletizing,counting,fault alarm and other functions, have perfect mechanical,electrical protection and technology protection function.
2. Work speed can automatically adjust according to the box container flow condition of conveyor belt,and complete the communication link with the conveyor belt.
3. Pick and place device: cylinder stepped up as well as servo drive is controlled by PLC,equipped with anti-sticking protection device preventing none breakage in the product when the carton set.
4. In and out of the box conveyor belt: adopt frequency conversion control, can replace according to different product,automatically adjust the working speed of the conveyor belt.
5. Safety protection device:The whole machine is equipped with organic glass door,weigh reasonably in the grappling fixture.There are the limit switch and the anti-sticking machine.
6. Whole aluminum and stainless steel frame:the surface is beautiful, small volume.
7. The machine has feeding conveyor belt, case packing conveyor and carton direction adjustment system.
