Automatic stamping production line

With the rapid development of the automobile industry, the stamping industry of the four major automobile manufacturing processes is also booming. In order to adapt to the ever-increasing output, various automated production lines have emerged as the times require, and are endowed with different production methods according to the characteristic requirements of different products. Selection factors of stamping automation production line

Common stamping automation production line types

Progressive die stamping production line

Overview: The progressive die stamping automatic production line is a production line that uses progressive die stamping, and generally consists of an uncoiling feeder, a punching machine, a progressive die, and an automatic unloading line. Realize the automatic process of uncoiling from the coil material, flattening the material tape, oiling the material tape, stamping into parts, and collecting finished parts off the assembly line.

 

Multi-station stamping automatic production line

Overview: A production line with multiple (generally 4~5 sets of moulds) independent station molds placed on the workbench of a large tonnage press, using unstacking hands or uncoiling feeders to load materials, using automatic feeding rods to transfer process parts, using automatic Conveyor belts collect off-line products.

 

Tandem stamping automatic production line

Overview: Multiple presses are arranged in sequence and connected in series to form an automatic production line. A pair of molds (that is, a process in the production process) is placed on the worktable of each press, and the automatic mechanical arm or robot completes the loading, process part transfer, and unloading and packing work.

 

Selection and application of stamping automatic production line

Progressive die stamping automatic production line: In view of the process characteristics of its various processes distributed on an integral material belt and the high process strokes that can be achieved, it can be applied to the production of small parts on the car body and can meet high supply volume.

Multi-station stamping automatic production line: It can be applied to the rapid production of medium-sized parts, beams that are not easily deformed, symmetrical parts with complex left and right co-molding shapes, and products that can be clamped by the gripper on the automatic rod. Serial stamping automatic production line: Because each process is independently distributed in each press, this production line has the highest flexibility and is suitable for large-scale cover parts with complex production processes.
