Paint-spraying Equipment
In the drying-type painting room, a drying-type painting separation system is set below the grating plate.
Its working principle is that the painting particles polluted by the air shall be sucked into the filtration trolley through the separation system. There are two filtration systems in this box filtration, one is the box filter, it adopts the advanced labyrinth filtration method, the filtration effect of the paint mist can reach 97%, then add a second-filter to improve the filtration effect of the filtration unit. Meanwhile, a separate unit shall be set for regular replacement. The auxiliary equipment shall be provided to monitor the system’s pressure to ensure the stable operation.
These are the advantages of the drying-type painting room:
1.Economic: Transforming from wet-type to dry-type, by means of the circulating air, it can be decreased by multiple times
2.Cost reduction: Separating the remaining paint without water, the expensive coating (as special wastes) for treatment, no time consumption, no power consumption, no chemical materials (flocculant, defoamer, bactericide), so as to reduce the corrosion of the technical equipment, without pump can reduce the power consumption and maintenance fees.
