● Using advanced embedded control technology, the communication speed and detection speed of the equipment are improved; the data storage space of the equipment itself is expanded, and the reliability of the equipment operation is improved.
● The fixture adopts three layers of independent structure, each layer has 256 channels, and the whole cabinet can test 768 single lithium-ion batteries, and can save the data and curves of all 768 channels of battery working process, which is convenient for battery management.
● The on-site distributed control system based on the network platform can realize data sharing and remote monitoring of equipment, which is convenient for data management, data analysis and automatic battery sorting.
● The power supply part and the mechanical part adopt a separate structure, and the power supply and the mechanical part can be thermally isolated and distributed, creating a good environment for high-end battery production and testing.
● Adopt constant current-constant voltage circuit of invention patent, constant current to constant voltage switching without impact, especially suitable for lithium-ion battery charging requirements.
● Each battery has an independent constant current-constant voltage power supply, and the self-contained circuit does not affect each other.
● The measurement and control precision of the equipment is high, the current measurement and control accuracy reaches ±0.07%FS, and the voltage measurement and control accuracy reaches ±2mV.
