The YD473QE engine is a new 1.5L golden displacement all-aluminum alloy engine independently developed by BYD, with a maximum power of 80kW and a maximum torque of 145Nm.
The engine has an advanced VVL variable valve lift system and an EGR exhaust gas recirculation system, and has the characteristics of light weight, environmental protection, high efficiency and energy saving, low carbon and clean, and stable and comfortable.
BYD F3, G3, L3, and Su Rui models equipped with the new BYD473QE engine have been listed in the 229th batch of automobile product catalogs of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the PRC, and the comprehensive fuel consumption per 100 kilometers was 5.9L in the light vehicle fuel consumption notice updated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on September 30.
