1. Pre-loading paper mechanism, automatic fine-tuning function of paper table, non-stop cycle paper loading function (optional), saving paper changing time and improving work efficiency.
2. The paper feeding bridge is driven by an independent servo motor, which can realize continuous overlapping paper feeding and single paper feeding.
3. The front stop gauge and the side pull regulation position, and the pull gauge/push gauge are alternately used to meet different thicknesses of paper. There is no indentation or flattening during paper feeding, which improves the quality of the product. One-key conversion, easy to use.
4. Use high-precision parts. The core components are manually ground, with high precision, good lubrication effect and high pressure, which can meet the die cutting of dense grid patterns.
Feed Table
Adopt pull and push lay. It can meet different print registration and ensure accurate side positioning. One key lifting button can easily adjust wheel frame.
Die Cutting Section
Centre line system reduce time of installation die.
Die frame can be micro adjustment by front and back direction. Pneumatic lock system for die chase frame and handle locked the plate to ensure 100% safety and fastness locked.
Stripping Section
Adopts 3 frames stripping structure (upper /middle and lower ) to ensure install stripping plate easily. Center line system can ensure fast set up and change over stripping plate to be high working efficiency, this device also can install stripping plate at outside.
Delivery Section
Motorized upper frame suspending hoister. With automatic auxiliary delivery belt table can realize non-stop delivery , Maximum pile height up to 1400mm.
Electrical Section
The whole machine adopts Japan Omron PLC program control and frequency conversion speed controller. All kinds of electrical components and detection switches are made of famous brand products from Japan, France, Taiwan and other companies. Precise operation control and stable performance.
Application
This high speed automatic die cutting machine can be equipped with a waste removal function, which is suitable for processing relatively thin cardboard, such as: cosmetic boxes/toy boxes/pill boxes/cigarette boxes, etc.
