JIGUO AF-2900B Semi-Auto Corrugated Carton Box Folder Gluer/Press Pasting Box Machine

semiautomatic press fit type folder gluer is newly designed according to the users who have the small and medium size orders. It has the advantages of small volume, small area and easy operation. It is suitable for small amount production and variety renovation. It can be applied to regular size cartons and heterogenic graphic cartons. With the automatic glue spray equipment, it can be used to make hook bottom boxes and rigid disposable paper boxes. It saves labor and glue than handwork. The amount of glue is only one-third of the hand work’s. The max. speed can up to 56meters per minute, is 3~4 times than handwork. Firmly bonded, orderliness, no overflow. Patent dicephalous sander can clear away the UV light membrane, the covered plastic layer and so on so as to increases the viscosity of glue and resolves the problem that some boxes debonds easily in some seasons. This machine adopts manual folding and also be suitable for some difficult products such like creasing line not straight of automatic machine, special heterogenic, paper with windows and etc.

machine can be operated by two people, one person in charge of the paper feeding and make packaging of sticked carton boxes, the other people is responsible for the cardboard folded into a press belt, the operation is simple.

A: 1) We provide training in our factory for free; 2) We can send technicians (engineers) to your factory for installation and training. You shall pay round trip air fare and accommodations, plus each technician charges USD100/per day.

Q8. Do you have machines in stock?
A: For standard model, we have a large quantity in stock.For special model,we need 20-30 days to produce for you.

Q9. How can you assure the machines' quality?
A: Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before delivery to assure the quality. And during the warranty, we will give spare parts for free if machine has any problem.

Q10. Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?
A: Of course we do. We have QC department to debug the machine before packing. If you want to use specific material to do the test running, you need to pay for the cost of the material

Q11. What's the payment term?
A: T/T 30% in advance, the balance shall be paid before delivery. Also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
