The production line consists of laminating machine and automatic stacking machine. High speed laminator for stickers and corrugated board. The motion control system is perfectly combined with the servo correction system. Using multiple sets of photoelectric sensors to sense the relative position of the paper, the servo motors on both sides of the paper are controlled to compensate independently, and the position of the bottom paper is tracked by the paper, so that the paper and the bottom paper are accurately positioned. The machine is easy to operate, just enter the paper size, and the machine will automatically adjust the automatic flipping machine to complete the stacking of paper, saving manpower and space, and solving the problem of bending and deformation after stickers.

Bottom Paper Eeding: using imported servo motor electronic control system, Japan NITTA suction belt, suction frequency conversion, water roller cleaning belt, patented technology to ensure smooth corrugated and cardboard paper output, easy to operate.

Top Feeder Part 4 suckers for picking up paper and 4 suckers for conveying paper to ensure stable and fast paper feeding

Lectrical System: Designed in the accordance with European CE requirement, ensure machine stability, high efficiency and low failure. Using man-machine interface and PLC combination, display all the information, such as warning, error detect, failures, and operating speed, etc on the screen at a glance.

Pre-stack Part: Pre-stack the paper stack without downtime to improve efficiency. Specially designed pre-stacked paper holder saves time and effort.

Transmission: With imported double teeth belt drive and Switzerland ROSTA tension device ensure the drive accurate, stable and low noisy.

Positioning System: Using multiple sets of photoelectric sensors for the relative position of the bottom paper, it controls the feeding servo motors on both sides to perform independent compensation actions, so that the top paper and the bottom paper can be accurately positioned.

Glue Roller: Stainless steel roller,never rust, after narrowly grinding, guaranteed the minimum amountglue coated evenly. Down roller be cleaned by water roller.

Leading Edge Feeding System(Option) This system is for option,more suitable for large size and thick bottom sheets.

A: One year. After the warranty, we still provide technical support to buyer at low cost.

A: Yes, just give us destination sea port or container yard.

Q6. Does the packing strong?
A: Yes. Adopts moisture-proof and shock-proof packaging which is suitable for long-distance road transportation and various types of weather conditions. A full set of maintenance and operation manuals is included.

Q7. How about the machine installation and training?
A: 1) We provide training in our factory for free; 2) We can send technicians (engineers) to your factory for installation and training. You shall pay round trip air fare and accommodations, plus each technician charges USD100/per day.

Q8. Do you have machines in stock?
A: For standard model, we have a large quantity in stock.For special model,we need 20-30 days to produce for you.

Q9. How can you assure the machines' quality?
A: Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before delivery to assure the quality. And during the warranty, we will give spare parts for free if machine has any problem.

Q10. Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?
A: Of course we do. We have QC department to debug the machine before packing. If you want to use specific material to do the test running, you need to pay for the cost of the material

Q11. What's the payment term?
A: T/T 30% in advance, the balance shall be paid before delivery. Also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
