Gear box with synchronous belt and three rows of chain driving system support machine run in high working speed 100m/min with high precison and guarantee the overlapping error smaller than 1.5mm. Advanced offset feeding system that could feed max 18000sheets/h and make sure machine suitable for 80-500Gsm paper sheets, also available for PVC sheet, PET sheet E-type corrugated....
 

Double heating system (electromagnetic heating + oil heating) and the newest pneumatic laminating pressure system make sure machine can handle various products without any spots, white line or wrinkle.

1. Automatic Feeder
We adopt offset feeder head (max speed 18000 sheet/ hour), that makes the sheet feed more stable and smoothly. The feeder is non-stop type with pre-stack guide device, which can keep the machine running when run out the paper pile. German Becker vacuum pump guarantee the stable feeding.

2. Laminating Unit
Heating roller by electromagnetic heating plus oil heating, double heating systems guarantee the prompt pre-heating and make thetemperature to 180℃ and can keep constant temperature in high speed laminating.
Pressure rubber roller controlled by fully penumatic system, the pressure would highly uniform and easy to adjust without bubbles,spots or wrinkle.

3. Drying system
Special design IR lamps set inside of drying roll, that make the glue drying fast but with low power comsuption.
Blowing fans plus exhaust fan rececle the hot air and energy saving
Telfon coating surface to uniform the temperature and glue Sticking prevention that easy for cleaning and maintain

4. Disc Cutter With Pnumatic System
Multiple blades disc cutter for BOPP film with pneumatic sheet separating, that makes the laminated sheets without margin, andprepare for next process.
Two sheeting roll system can effectively sheet paper, special concave-convex roll make sheet smoothly and antislip.

5. Flying Knife
We adopt big chain knife that it work in low rotate speed but with great line cutting speed
Imported German ultrasonic probe with German chain, servo control system with high accuracy.
Touch screen connect with PLC system that keep same step with main machine.

6. Three rows chain with synchronous belt driving system
For the main laminating part adopts three rows chain with synchronous belt driving system, that support machine run in high speedwith high precision and low noise.
This structure also support machine run in long time but keep stability.

7. Fully Pneumatic laminating pressure system
The machine use pneumatic pressure for laminating pressure that would guarantee laminating effect, also have sensitive pressure adjustment and keep machine running in clean condition.

8. Automatic Stacker
Full automatic with sensor to rise and down the paper pile
Heighten structure that can load paper pile height in 1060mm
Side and front tidy devices to make sure paper pile collect well.

A: We have our own factory in Tangshan, Hebei Province.

Q2. What is the machine warranty?
A: One year. After the warranty, we still provide technical support to buyer at low cost.

Q3. What is the production time while placing order?
A: Normally about 20-30 days.

Q4. What is the delivery time?
A: 35-50days after deposit.

Q5. Can your company handle shipping for customers?
A: Yes, just give us destination sea port or container yard.

Q6. Does the packing strong?
A: Yes. Adopts moisture-proof and shock-proof packaging which is suitable for long-distance road transportation and various types of weather conditions. A full set of maintenance and operation manuals is included.

Q7. How about the machine installation and training?
A: 1) We provide training in our factory for free; 2) We can send technicians (engineers) to your factory for installation and training. You shall pay round trip air fare and accommodations, plus each technician charges USD100/per day.

Q8. Do you have machines in stock?
A: For standard model, we have a large quantity in stock.For special model,we need 20-30 days to produce for you.

Q9. How can you assure the machines' quality?
A: Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before delivery to assure the quality. And during the warranty, we will give spare parts for free if machine has any problem.

Q10. Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?
A: Of course we do. We have QC department to debug the machine before packing. If you want to use specific material to do the test running, you need to pay for the cost of the material

Q11. What's the payment term?
A: T/T 30% in advance, the balance shall be paid before delivery. Also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.

Q12. Do you accept factory visiting?
