LTEC-16 Automatic Tablet Capsule counting Machine
for American Health Products Cod Liver Oil
LTEC-Series Automatic Electronic counting machine is special for counting tablets, soft gelatin, hard capsule and chewing gums, Cod liver oil,etc. This machine adopts 16 sets imported counting sensor for counting with 16 Guiding Way and two head. The advantage of the machine is no need change mould when you change the counting object, only adjusting the counting table height by Easy Adjust wheel. The machine comes with Touch screen operation control for convenient running.
(1) Auxiliary function :Photoelectric sensor can check automatically if there’s no bottle and stops automatically.
(2) Easy operation : Adopting intellectualized design, all kinds of operation data can be set according to the requirement .It can store 10 groups of setting parameters for use.
(3) Convenient maintenance :After simple training, the worker can operate easily.It is easy to disassembly, clean and change the components without any tools.
(4) Sealing and dustproof :Dust collection box is available, it can reduce the dust pollution. (Optional)
(5) Special structure of the discharge spout, can prevent blocking drugs, small bottle can fast bottling (optional)
(6) High intelligence: It has various alarms and control functions like no bottle no count, check fault automatically and so on.
Counting Machine Details:
First, use
1 , connect the power supply, the motor moving direction and identity to convey the same direction .
2 , into the capsule, turn on the power , the regulator switch to a suitable location , the number of tablets to make holes in the plate number of tablets required time filled.
3 , bottling , it will place the machine spout bottle , gently upward until it hits the contact switch , so that the number of tablets disk rotation can be.
Second, note
1 , the capsule may not work when wet .
2 , the number of tablets disk portion shall crush, or can not work properly
