Products Description

This machine is a high-tech product which successfully developed and designed by adopting advanced technology from abroad and

strictly meet GMP requirement. PLC controller and color touch screen are applied and made it possible for programmable control of the

machine. It can perform the filling for ointment, cream jellies or viscosity material, sealing or tail folding, batch number embossing

(include manufacture date) automatically. It's ideal equipment for aluminum tube, plastic tube and laminated tube filling and sealing for

cosmetic, pharmacy, foodstuff and bond industries.

Feature:

1.With stations and matching with manipulator, the machine is able to meet different type of tail folding, sealing requirements of Alu 

tube. It is a multi-purpose machine.

2.Tube feeding, eye marking, tube interior cleaning (optional), material filling, sealing (tail folding), batch number printing, finished

products discharging can be performed automatically (the whole procedure).

3.According to the different length of the tube, height of tube chamber can be adjusted easily by motor. With external reversal feeding

system, makes tube charging more convenient and tidy.

4.The mechanical linkage photo sensor precision tolerance is less than 0.2mm. The chromatic aberration scope between tube and eye mark is reduced.

5.Photo-electronic, electric, pneumatic integrative control is applied with the machine. No tube, no filling. It gives an alarm when low

pressure occurs. The machine stops automatically if tube error or open the safety door.

6.Three-layer jacket instant heater with inside air heating, it won't damage the pattern on outer wall of tube and achieves firm and

beautiful sealing effect.

7.The automatic tube filling machine LTRG-120 is mainly used to filling ointment materials into cylindrical, capped tubes of Aluminum or

Composite and seal the tubes end. In compliance of the standard of GMP dosing pump is a new type stainless steel butterfly valve for

ointment filling a screw fine adjustment device is provided, so the ointment weighing is accurate. Thanks to the Adaption of the

sophisticated accurately and reliably, change frequency to control the machine speed, Used FuKai Shen index drives and international

advanced tube sealing systems.

Installation and after sales service:

Installing and Commission: We will install and test the machine in best working condition before shipment.

If customer requires our technician to adjusting the machine and train technician at arrival place, we will send technician there.

All our expenses including round-trip air ticket to the nearest airport, local conveyance to your factory, Lodging & Boarding expenses shall be

payable by you. In case the stay of our technician, the service charges US $ 100 per day will be charged extra.
