1. Product description
This machine is made of fixed beam, moveable frame, jacking system, grippers, gripper rotating device, air-operated system, servo system and PLC system, usually works together with raw brick grouping machine, used for gripping a group of green bricks from brick butting machine to tunnel kiln or rotary kiln drying car, to realize fully automatic production of starndard brick, hollow brick and perforated brick.
(1) Fully automatic brick stacker, which can automatically pick up unburned bricks, transport and put them down.
(2) Adopting advanced servo control, the operation precision is high, the positioning is accurate, and the operation is stable and stable.
(3) The stacking method can be customized, suitable for various types of tunnel kilns.

22kw 144times/H PLC Stacking Brick Pavers Machine can meet the requirements of various tunnel kilns. The setting machine has the characteristics of good stability and high cost performance, which greatly improves the production efficiency and automation level, and reduces the production cost of the bricks.
The automatic brick arranging machine is an automatic brick arranging system independently developed and manufactured by Bohai Brick Machinery Factory, which relies on a new design concept.
