Preformance and Characteristic
1. The built-in continuous rotating infeed system effectively reduces the space occupied. The consistency of preform position
streamlines the process.
2. 63mm pitched, more preforms are uninterruptedly heated within the same distance, which improves the efficiency and
energy saving.
3. The thermostatic heating system ensure that the heating temperature of each preform surface and internal is uniform.Hinged
oven holders make it easy for the operators to change infrared tubes and do maintenance.
4. The perform transfer system with grippers and the variable pitch system are both driven by the servo motors to ensure high
speed and accurate preform handling between the two mechanism.
5. The Servo driven the molding mechanism, triggering off the linkage to the bottom mold. The application of high speed
precision blowing valve unit helps to make high capacity.
6. The cooling system for the preform neck is equipped to ensure the preform neck does not deform during heating and
blowing.
7. High pressure blowing air recovery system saves up to 30% of HPC air.
8. Being highly intelligent, the machine is equipped with the units of preform temperature detection, leaking bottle detection and
rejection as well as jammed air conveyor detection, ect, which ensures the machine work efficiently and stably.
9. Operation on the touch screen is simple and easy.
10.This series is widely used for making PET bottle for drinking water, edible oil, food, daily chemical……ect.

1.Any guarantee of the machines?
The guarantee of our machines is at least one years, also we will send some spare parts along with the machines free of
charge.

Yes,accept.
3.What’s the payment terms?
T/T,L/C, etc. 30% deposit in advance,70% before shipment.
4.What are your main brand of electrical components?
All the critical parts we use for the machines, such as the electrical, pneumatic components, servo motor, etc, are famous
branded parts imported from Japan, USA and Europe,which ensures the stability and long life of our equipments.
5.Can you send engineers to the user's factory for training?
Yes,of course.Please let us know when the machines arrive at your factory. We will apply for the visa and go to the factory for
equipment installation, debugging and training within 15 working days
After service:
1. We send the engineers to help installing, commissioning and training, the engineers start from our factory area.
2. We supply below necessary documents with the machine:

b. Electricity diagram
c. General manual book/maintenance book
3. After one year guarantee, the seller provides payable spare parts and technician’s VISITING maintenance service.
