5.High pressure blowing air recovery system saves up to 30% of HPC air,the recovery air is used for motion air and the pre-
blow air during the production.
6.Machine is easy to operate and maintain.Operation on the touch screen is simple and easy.
7.Used Japan Omron motion controlling system and man-machine interface computer.
8.Adopted Japan Omron Servo motors,ensure the high effeciency,single cavity output can be up to 1000~800BPH.
9.The simple slide-in way of mold mounting makes it possible for the operators to change molds easily within 30 minutes.
10. Being highly intelligent, the machine is equipped with the units of preform temperature detection, leaking bottle detection
and rejection as well as jammed air conveyor detection, ect, which ensures the machine work efficiently and stably.
