Description:
Mainly used for cleaning the surface of the workpiece.
Its mainly made up of workpiece conveyor system, sand blasting cleaning booth, sand blasting dust removal devices, electrical control system.
Work principle: the workpiece through workpiece conveyor system into the sand blasting cleaning booth, in the blast clearing booth, it is used high-speed rotation of the blades will be acceleratory shot to the surface of workpiece.
It impacts and scrapes to remove rust and dirt on the workpiece surface, and then using high pressure air duct to clean dust balls and purge on the workpiece surface, so that it achieves to the purpose of cleaning the workpiece surface.
