Dustless Vacuum Blasting Machine For Removing Oxide Coating Of Oil Tank
Introduction
Recycling sand blasting machine is a new kind of environmental blasting equipment with high efficiency designed by our company. This equipment uses compressed air to shoot abrasives to the surface of workpiece at a high-speed. Abrasive impact the surface and remove rust, making the surface reach a certain cleanness and roughness. Negative pressure produced by the vacuum pump (or vacuum generator) recycles the sand and dust, and separate the abrasives by separation system of the equipment, then abrasives can be recycling used, dust and rust dirt into the dust collecting barrel. Under a single switch control, all actions including equipment of sand blasting, sand sweeping, sand and dust separation, sand material circulation and dust filter can be done automatically. Work environment is clean and pollution-free.
