Wet Blasting Cabinet Working Principles:
The water/media slurry is contained within the wet blasting cabinet sump.
Delivery of the slurry to the manual blast nozzle is via a glandless polyurethane pump and associated hose located inside the wet blasting machine.
Compressed air is added at the blast nozzle to accelerate the slurry and create the cleaning effect.
After contact with the component, the slurry then drains back into the sump creating a re-circulating system.
Advantages:
This equipment is use the grinding pump and compressed air as the drive power ,with the grinding as media ,ejection of the work-piece machining device . It has the following functions .
1, Clean up the heat treatment, welding parts, castings, forgings, oxide scale, residual salt and slag, cleaning quality can be achieved Sa3.0 level.
2, Cleaning machine parts micro burrs, surface residues and so on.
3, Reducing roughness Ra value.
4, It can be used as surface-coating, pre-treatment prior to the plating process, the active surface obtained, improving coating, coating adhesion.
5, It can be used for other processing methods difficult to complete high accuracy, small roughness Ra value, light decoration processing complex shape parts.
6, t can be used to improve the physical and mechanical properties of the surface, such as changes in surface stress, improve lubrication conditions with even pieces.
