1. Introduction NB-260 spiral coil bending machine, is a semi-automatic equipment based on the pneumatic operation. It is mainly used to cut off the excess parts at both ends of the coil at one time after the coil is inserted into the book hole, and then bend it and close it. So that the end of the coil is bent into the inside of the coil to avoid scratch

2. Main working principle and structure This machine is fully pneumatic operation, no need to connect to the power supply. Directly inserted into the trachea for air supply. The working principle is: Place the book with the coil on the working platform, and adjust the center distance of the left and right edges according to the width of the book. According to the diameter of the coil, adjust the height of the worktable to ensure that the center of the coil is consistent with the center of the knife edge. Quickly stepping on the foot switch, the machine can complete the work of cutting and bending.

Operation guide

1) After the machine is unpacked, first use the air intake pipe in the box to connect to the factory's air source, cut the cable tie, release the foot pedal, and place it in a suitable work area.

2) Place the book and adjust the height of the coil, the upper and lower heights can be between the forming block and the blade, and then lock the panel by lifting and locking screws. 3) Loosen the left and right width locking screws, turn the hand wheel 1, and adjust to a suitable position to lock the screws.

4) Loosen the baffle fixing screws on the work panel, and adjust the left and right reference baffles of the product to the appropriate positions.

5) Turn on the air source, lay the book flat on the placement panel, push it into the bending and shearing die against the product reference baffle, quickly depress the foot switch for about 1 second, release the foot to complete the operation, and take out the book.

6) After changing the coil size, please re-adjust the size of each part according to the following steps: No need to adjust the forming block for the same diameter of the coil (1.2) When the wire diameter differs a lot, the forming block must be adjusted. First, loosen the placement panel and adjust the screws, and pan the placement panel outward, then loosen the lifting locking screw of the placing panel, and lower the placing panel through hand wheel 2. Loosen the forming block 1.2 screws. Step on the foot pedal and place the ring between the bending cutting knife and the pressing block, and push the compression block locking screw by hand.(Left forming block 1 is above, right forming block 2 is below).
