Machine introduction:
This machine is mainly used on fruit juice or tea drink hot bottling lines. It could overturn bottles(glass bottle or PET bottle), which have been filled and sealed, to sterilize inside of bottle month and caps by high temperature drink in bottle. Chain conveyor overturns finished bottles from upright to horizon when sterilizing cap and bottle mouth. And the conveyor transfers bottles into cooling tunnel.
Overturn Bottle Sterilizer is among the most used beverage machinery in food and beverage industry. After filling and capping, Overturn Bottle Sterilizer turns 90 degrees automatically to make the bottle flat. Then it carries out sterilization towards the inside cap and bottle body through material temperature. At last, the bottles automatically stand upright, and the work of sterilization is completed.
