Glass Bottle Filling Packing Machine
This equipment is automatic washing filling capping three in one machine. It's of many advantages, such as compact structure, perfect control system and easy to be operated. Advanced touch screen and PLC control system makes man-machine communication true.
1. Filling valve adopts high precision mechanical filling valve, with the character of no bottle no vacuum pumping.
2. Open gear combined gear box transmission, with on-off device. Frequency conversion velocity modulation device extends the speed modulation scope.
3. This machine has self oil lubrication device so that the lubrication points could be lubricated regularly in time. The machine is of high efficiency, low noise and long life.
Centering guide is of double guide bar type, with the function of pre-covering.
4. Some of the machine parts can be adjusted to fit different sizes of bottles.
5. The material height in the bottle is controlled by electric probe to assure the precise liquid level.
1. Bottle washing machine. It is used to rinse and sterilize the inside and outside of the bottles with treated liquid.
2. Bottle filling machine.It is used to filling cola, soda and other carbonated drinks. High speed and large flow filling valve ensures the high filling speed and exact fluid level.
3. Bottle capping machine. It is used to seal different sizes of bottle caps.
4. The machine adopts advanced programmable logic controller (PLC) to make the machine run automatically.
