Additionally, a bridge rectifier is utilized to convert the AC input from the mains into a pulsating DC output. The charger's output voltages and current are controlled by a CPU.
These chargers are versatile and can be used with various types of batteries, including power batteries, capacity batteries, and start-up batteries. They are also compatible with different voltage systems, such as 6V, 8V, 12V, or 24V...72V, by utilizing a combination of lithium-ion or lead-acid batteries with corresponding voltages. QCL battery chargers are designed to handle the charging process autonomously and will automatically stop charging when the batteries are fully charged. As a result, there is no need for personnel to be on duty during the charging process.
Furthermore, these chargers feature devulcanization repair and equalization modes. The equalizing charge mode helps to compensate for any imbalances between batteries, thereby prolonging their lifespan.
