Semi-Automatic KN95 Mask Production Line
Equipment Introduction:
The KN95 semi-automatic mask machine includes a full set of assembly line production equipment for mask forming, mask blanking, mask cutting, ear strap welding, upper nose bridge, printing, welding, etc. Among them, the mask forming and mask mask production use semi-automated ultrasonic equipment and masks. The blank holding and cutting can be completed by one machine, which greatly improves the production efficiency. The production equipment of KN95 semi-automatic mask machine is composed of a slicer, a semi-automatic ultrasonic ear wire machine, and a blank pressing machine.
KN95 mask production steps:
1. Incoming material embossing and cutting: unwinding material, three layers of non-woven fabric, one layer of velvet cloth, knurled cutting once formed, knurled cutting formed samples.
2. Ultrasonic welding ear wire: manual single-point welding ear wire, one mask with four welding points, it takes about 6 seconds to complete the ear wire welding work of a mask.
3. Nose bridge support: Install the nose bridge support on the sheet mask through the viscous device. Nose bridge support: length: 9mm width: 5mm.
4. Forming by folding and crimping: the part of the right side is pressed after being opened.
The KN95 mask is actually a mask that meets the requirements of China's GB2626 standard. GB means the national standard. The standard is the filtration efficiency of non-oily particulate matter ≥95%.
N95 masks are NIOSH certified by the United States, and the standard is also the filtration efficiency of non-oily particulate matter ≥95%.
KN95 mask body machine, also known as mask tablet machine, is a machine used for semi-automatic production of multi-layer flat mask products. It can use 1 ~ 4 layers of N95PP spunbond non-woven activated carbon and filter materials. The mask body machine plus several inner ear band mask machines, outer ear band mask machines, strap type mask machines or ear strap spot welding machines, can produce various kinds of masks such as inner ear wearing masks, outer ear band masks, strap masks and so on.
