Scroll compressor is a commonly used gas compression equipment, also known as centrifugal compressor or turbine compressor. It draws and pressurizes the gas through a high-speed rotating impeller, and then releases the compressed gas through the outlet.
The working principle of scroll compressors is based on the principle of centrifugal force and kinetic energy transfer. When the gas enters the scroll compressor, it is directed to the center and then pushed outward by the rotating impeller. In this process, the gas is limited by the high-speed rotation and geometry of the rotating impeller, causing the pressure of the gas to increase. Finally, the compressed gas is discharged from the outlet and supplied to the system or process that requires the compressed gas.
