The sausage and enema punching machine is mainly used for filling various ham sausages. It adopts advanced pneumatic and photoelectric control principles, and is equipped with PLC computer control. The mechanical sealing is tight, and the filling degree can be adjusted. There are three kinds of molds, K1/K2/K3, suitable for ham sausages of various diameters.
This set of equipment needs to be driven by an air compressor (air pump).
The pneumatic quantitative filling machine is an equipment independently developed by our factory. The machine uses the cylinder to drive the piston to reciprocate up (filling) and down (material suction) in the quantitative cylinder to complete the filling function. This machine is small in size and low in investment, suitable for filling various sausages, ham and canned products, and is suitable for medium and small meat processing enterprises. The machine adopts computer-aided design, with compact structure and reasonable design.
