Product Description:
The screw conveyor trough is made in the shape of letter U. Used to transport powder, granules and dry loose materials. It consists of two bearings seats, flights, shaft, bearing housing and driven equipment, etc. Shaft and screw flights are welded to the center pipe. Rotations are initiated by the engine and then the material is transported along the screw conveyor from the inlet to the outlet.Screw conveyor for animal by-products processing can be divided into 3 separate groups: raw material handling, process conveyors, and press cake handling.
In general, all screw conveyors look similar, but it differs due to the properties of processing material. Material can be cold, hot, wet, fatty, or dry. Design is made in order to achieve the best possible performance. The machine can be made according to the customer's requirements. Different options are available: variable pitch of the flight, extra inlet, extra outlet etc. Screw conveyor can be made from carbon steel or stainless steel.

Feature:

1. Fully automatic electric protection can be co-controlled with sludge dewatering system.

2. Compact structure, convenient installation with expansion bolts.

3. Using wear-resisting material in the inner layer of trough, its examining and repairing is convenient.

4. Closed running makes the noise low and surroundings better.

5. Its length, angle and discharging hopper can be manufactured according to customer's requirements.

6. The flight is made of stainless steel which is strong enough and anti-corrosive.

Application Industry:
Fish, feathers, offal, press cake, sludge, fish meal, meat and bone meal, cold, hot, wet, fatty and dry applications.
