Working principle of excavator crushing bucket:

When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the top plate and the movable jaw becomes larger. , the wedge-shaped space of the feeding port becomes larger, and the bulk material moves downward under the action of gravity. When the movable jaw plate approaches the fixed plate, the wedge-shaped space of the feeding port becomes smaller, and the material is squeezed and rubbed. At the same time, when the movable jaw goes down, the angle between the top plate and the movable jaw becomes smaller, the excavator crushes the bucket, and the movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of the pull rod and spring, and the material has been crushed at this time. It is discharged from the lower opening of the crushing cavity. With the continuous rotation of the hydraulic motor, the crushing bucket of the stone excavator and the movable jaw of the crushing bucket is periodically crushed and discharged.
