» Brief Introduction

The hydraulic winch is converted into mechanical energy by the hydraulic energy obtained by the hydraulic motor through the hydraulic system,and it is decelerated by the planetary reducer to increase the torsion,which produces a great torque on the drum,and achieves the purpose of dragging heavy objects by winding the steel wire rope on the drum.

Operation of tugger winch

1. Start the vehicle first, put the gear in neutral position, step on the clutch, open the force taking device, before the hydraulic capstan operation, put the plate down first, pay attention to the rear lift in the process of the plate down, adjust the height of the rear lift according to the position of the plate down, and lower the plate to the appropriate position.

2. Release the winch clutch, pull out the wire rope to be removed before the fault vehicle, hook the hook of the traction hook of the vehicle on the back, and then combine the clutch of the winch, pay special attention to that when the wire rope is pulled out, the number of remaining wire rope loops shall not be less than 5.

3. At this point to fault vehicle GuaKongDang, let go of the fault of the vehicle parking brake, then winch operating lever operation, fault vehicle will pull to the tablet, and control the hook from the winch is more than 40 cm, when winch by load, do not open the winch manual control of clutch, that this might damage the winch, for car chassis is low, have to be very careful when operating, Avoid secondary damage to the vehicle.

4. After dragging the faulty vehicle onto the car, use straps to fix the vehicle tires. After fixing the tail of the plate slowly rises, about 15cm from the ground, move the plate forward to carry 60cm from the front end, adjust the height of the plate to the horizontal position, and finally move the plate to the front end.

5. Pull on the parking brake of the faulty vehicle, gear in the position of first gear (automatic gear in P gear position), check whether the strap is firm, pay attention to the details of the check, after the check is correct, step on the brake car clutch, turn off the force extractor, the operation of the faulty car is completed.
