PPR Pipe Welding Steps
1. The surface of the pipeline and joint should be smooth, clean and oil-free.
2. Mark the place where the pipe is inserted. (equal to the socket depth of the joint).
3. Heat the entire embedding depth, including pipe and joint, in the welding tool.
4. When the heating time is completed, push the pipe smoothly and evenly into the joint to form a firm and perfect combination.
5. The joint position can be adjusted within a few seconds after the pipe joint is welded.
