Product Features:
The Hydraulic welder is suitable for PE PP PB PVDF PPR plastic pipe hot-melt butt welding.
Welding level (outer dia) is 2.48" (63mm), 2.95" (75mm), 3.54" (90), 4.33" (110mm), 4.92" (125mm), 5.51" (140mm), 6.30" (160mm).
The Hydraulic welding machine consists of four parts: clamping frame, heating plate and milling machine, one basket frame and hydraulic station.
The heating plate adopts independent temperature control system, and the surface coating is PTEF.
The milling cutter blade is made of high quality tool steel,designed with double blade,can be used on both sides.
