Product Features:
The HDPE butt fusion welding machine is the most widely used welding equipment for HDPE pipe & fittings, since butt fusion has become the method for joining that are most preferred & used by our customers. By using a HDPE butt fusion welding machine, the HDPE pipe with individual lengths and pipe to HDPE pipe fittings can be connected in a butt fusion methods.
The butt fusion is normally adopted in a diameter larger to 63mm (or 50mm), the HDPE pipe diameter 20/25/32/40mm is not recommended to use butt fusion methods, due to too small diameter & thinner wall. When delivery, a operate manual will be attached. The install worker shall strictly follow to our guide when operate the HDPE butt fusion welding machine.
