3. Technical features
1. The bottle feeding scheme at the front end of the equipment will be designed according to the bottle shape, its material, and user's requirements.
2. According to user’s requirement, the filling metrology can adopt ceramic plunger type cylinder, 316 L piston cylinder etc.

5. High speed core-pressing machine and capping machine can automatically stop the machine when bottle stuck or overload occur as the bottle enter into the screw and astrolabe, to avoid the damage of equipment or harm of personnel.
6. The specially designed core conveying and feeding method matched automatic precisely up with core pressing unit, accurately complete each mechanical motion cycle, such as crabbing core, pressing, and others, the whole process in unison, stably and reliably.
7. Innovative design of flexible core pressure mechanism unit, make the core grabbing and the core pressing process is accurate without damage of the core.
8. On-line inspection for the possible broken and damage of the core, the machine will alarm and stop if it is necessary.
9. Individualized screw capping scheme to keep the capping torsion stable not to damage the cap and the stability and reliability for the capping quality.
10. Having equipment operation monitoring, there is a dynamic display for the operation status of key part of equipment on the display, so that the operator can view the running status very clearly, easy to operate and maintain.
11. In addition to sound and light alarm, the dynamic indication of alarm position and cause of the alarm shown on the HMI. The whole production line of intelligent control has the function of chain control for upstream and downstream working equipment.
12.The main parts of the whole production line and its safety hood is made of SUS 304 stainless steel, hardness of anodized aluminum alloy, non-toxic polymeric materials, etc.
