Petri Dish Filling Machine is a specialized device for filling Petri dishes. It is equipped with a servo technology control fixed-point cap closing system, which provides a 1 year warranty. The 90mm single-zone dish adopts a 6-station stacking method, the 90mm dual-zone dish uses a 3-station stacking method and the 140mm single-zone dish uses a 3-station stacking method. Each package is packed in a stack of 10 pieces (customers can set the number of stacking layers themselves). It is designed with a box and an additional safety isolation cover. The total weight of the machine is 2000kgs, and it is integrated with a servo sinking and stacking unit.

It operates on the host's touch screen and the filling specification can be selected on the interface. The filling accuracy of each pump can be adjusted independently and the format changing time is within 30mins. Furthermore, the filling needle insulation prevents the liquid at the filling needle from cooling down too fast when the production is suspended and prevents the liquid from solidifying and blocking the filling needle. The outlet temperature of the stainless steel filling needle can be controlled at 40~45° and customers can choose to maintain a certain temperature in the silicone tube as well. The main machine length is 10000mm and the filling volume is 20ml~25ml.
