Guangzhou Gemei Ltd., formerly Guangzhou soild surface (artificial stone) processing factory founded in 2013, is a professional company which is engaged in design, production and sales, on-site construction and maintenance services of solid surface (artificial stone). Gemei is located in Huadong Town, Huadu District (20 minutes' drive from Baiyun Airport to our company), covers an area of over 3000 square meters. After years of unremitting efforts, we train a number of high-quality professional designers, engineers, quality management personnels. Our products include solid surface(artificial stone), shaped products, large-scale solid surface (artificial stone) public decoration, decorative accessories, bathroom products, furniture, display cabinets and other products.Since inception, it adhering to creating greater value for customers and building advanced production and quality management system, so that product quality has been better guarantee.The company mainly produces all kinds of office furniture and merchandise sales center supporting solid surface products, including: hotels, shopping malls, hospitals, banks, mobile and telecommunications systems, automobile 4S shops and so on. ● We have Splicing workshop . we can do sample by hand-splicing without mould . It will be easy for customer to develop new product .

You can send us with the new design drawing or sending us with your ideas and our R&D team will make your ideas become visible drawing .
2. Build the mold
We will send you PI after drawing and mold cost confirmed . And then . after payment we will start production of the new mould . Normally a mold for bathtub will take 30days and a mold for basin will take 25days
3. Production of New design
After mold finish , we start production of products normally it will take 25days for 20FT . and 35days for 40HQ
4. Product inspection
Our QC follow strict product inspection procedures . Besides . We welcome for your visiting and quality checking on the products . inspection from third party is also OK .
