Application:

This product is suitable for power transmission and distribution line of rated voltage (U0/U) 0.6/1.0KV line.

This cable is used for power supply in low-voltage installation systems for indoor and outdoor, cable ducting, underground, power and switchyards, local energy distribution, and industrial plants.

Using Characteristics:

1. Working temperature: 70~160 °C.
When the cable is running normally, the Maximum temperature of conductor is 70℃; and is 160 ℃ when the short circuit (Max. last 5s) happens.

2. Ambient temperature:>0 °.

3. Minimum bending radius is 10 D (“D” refers to cable diameter)

4. Has good chemical stability, acid, alkali, salt, oil, solvent, flame retardant and other properties.

5. The maximum allowable operating temperature for long-term working conductors is 90 degrees.

6. Short circuit (up to 5 seconds maximum). The maximum temperature of the conductor does not exceed 250 degrees.

7. There is no horizontal drop limit for cable laying. The ambient temperature during laying should not be lower than 0 °C. Otherwise it should be warmed up.

Filler

The filler can be extruded or ground. Materials used for internal coverings and fillers should be suitable for the operating temperature of the cable and compatible with the insulating material. Armor

According to IEC 60502-1, aluminum/galvanized steel/steel wire is spirally applied to the inner cladding, or double aluminum/steel strip and copper/tinned copper wire can be produced as required.

Outer sheath

The outer sheath shall be extruded PVC type ST1 / ST2 according to IEC 60502-1, polyethylene type ST3 / ST7, halogen-free compound ST8, polychloroprene, chlorosulfonated polyethylene or similar polymer, SE1 type also Available on request.

Fire protection performance
