XLPE Insulated Copper Cable Introduction:
XLPE insulated electrical cable is a kind of cable suitable for distribution network and other fields. It has simple structure, light weight, good heat resistance, strong load capacity, no melting, chemical corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength.
XLPE insulated electrical cable have higher long-term working temperature and greater current rating, and under the condition of the same environment, XLPE cable may be reduced size (normal cross section) 1 or 2 class in comparison with PVC cable. These are not only improving the quality and properties of products, but also reduce cables' production cost.
XLPE Insulated Copper Cable Technology Property:
1. Bending dadius:
Bending radius of single core cable is 20 (d+D) ±5%
Bending radius of multi-core cable is 15 (d+D) ±5%.

2. Installation temperature:
It should be heated where ambient temperature is below 0°C
3. Lever difference of cable installation:
Not restricted by the difference of level along the route.
