Stainless Steel Rope Mesh is a construction of corrosion-resistant steel ropes placed parallel to one another in pairs connected by alternating sleeves to produce a symmetrical bent pattern. The nets are fabricated application-specifically according to your customer specifications. This means there are no limits to the shape and size. The mesh orientation of Webnet can be selected as desired, yet it is typically arranged vertically or horizontally for geometric shapes.

Stainless steel rope mesh can be divided into two kinds according to the combination method: knotted and ferrule. The former is combined by alternately crossed above and below. And the latter is combined by the ferrules which are made up from the same grade stainless steel.

Rope Nets with ferrule (sleeves):
The rope nets standard version with ferrule is a classic. It is versatile, flexible and economical, especially with small rope diameters. The ferrules are produced using a new manufacturing process and require less material for the same strength – an advantage for you in price and aesthetics.

Rope Nets with knotted:

Rope nets with knotted is even more transparent than the version with ferrules while delivering practically identical strength values. Moreover, there are no troublesome light reflections from the ferrules.
Consequently, knotted rope nets is ideally suited for strong and unobtrusive protective nets as well as for animal enclosures in zoo applications because it is easier to see through it when viewing the animals.

About Installation:
The installation of the wire rope nets is not rocket science and requires only a minimum of tools. To do so, a rope is threaded through the outermost mesh row of the net and is wound about any structure desired, thereby tensioning the net.
