Application | To sandwich one layer cream between two biscuits. The required biscuits size is as followings: Round biscuit: φ30~φ70mm Rectangle biscuit: 30~70mm Square biscuit: L30~120mm, W30~70mm Biscuit Thickness: 2 to 8mm(speed 500sands/min); 8~12mm(speed 300sands/min) |
Function | For double color cream, with 3 sets stencil head, 12 mould rings. |
Main Machine | a. Speed: Single color: 600~3000pcs/min; b. There are sensors to detect the feeding of top and bottom biscuit, if the top or bottom biscuit are not be detected, the pneumatic valve will block the cream, the machine will keep on running, once the bottom biscuits is detected, the pneumatic valve will release the cream again. c. Brush Cleaner: Rotary brush roller cleans the pushers. An air blowing nozzle will dry them. d. Reclaiming: Bottom of the main machine equip with trolley, easy for scrap reclaiming and cleaning. |
Cream Hopper | a. Cream Hopper is separated with the main machine; use jacket pipe to feed cream to the main machine. b. Jacketed hopper with constant temperature device, 400L total capacity hopper c. Special designed agitator and rotor pump (SUS304); feed to stencil head. d. Stencil head (with constant temperature device), consists of stator, rotor, and mould ring, made of SUS304. Different size biscuit need to change the mould ring. e. Speed of cream feeding can be adjusted individually or combined with main machine. |
Biscuit Feeding System | a. Biscuits are fed by bottom and top biscuits vibratory feeding chutes. b. Biscuit Feeder is consisted of V shape feeding chutes and vibratory device. c. Biscuit feeding speed frequency inverter adjustable, simultaneously with main machine. |
