Summary

The novel coronaviruses belong to a β genus. COVID-19 is an acute respiratory infectious disease. Humans are generally susceptible to it. Clinical Performance

The clinical performance of the Green Spring® SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Rapid Test was determined in a prospective, randomized, single-blind study. A total of 310 nasopharyngeal specimens were collected from symptomatic and asymptomatic patients within 5 days of initial symptoms. The performance of this kit was compared to the results of commercially available molecular tests. The test was found to have 98% sensitivity and 100.00% specificity. The accuracy is 99.35%.

Instructions for use

WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS

Proper handling and disposal methods should be established by the laboratory in accordance with local requlatory requirements.

6. Wear protective clothing such as lab coats, disposable gloves and eye

protection while testing and wash hands thoroughly after performing the test.

7. Samples stored in Viral Transport Media (VTM) may affect test result s.

8. Humidity and temperature may adversely affect results.

Storage and stability

Store tests in airtight foil bags at room temperature or refrigerated (2 - 30"C). Tests are stable until expiration date. Test cartridges should be kept in airtight foil bags until use. Do not freeze. Do not use after expiration date. Keep Keep away from sunlight, humidity and heat sources.
