Tilmicosin rapid test strips are used for qualitative detection of tilmicosin residues in milk (including pure milk and fresh milk) and goat milk. The whole test only takes 6 minutes, and the sensitivity is high and the operation is simple.

5. Tilmicosin Rapid Test Strip Principle

The Tilmicosin rapid test strip is based on competitive inhibition immuno-chromatographic principle. In the flow process, Tilmicosin in the sample combined with Tilmicosin specific colloidal gold-labeled monoclonal antibody, Inhibit the combination between antibody and Tilmicosin-BSA conjugate on Test line of NC membrane, lead to the color change of Test line. When the sample has no Tilmicosin residue or concentration lower than detection limit, T line is darker then C line; when the concentration is equal to or higher than detection limit, T line is lighter than C line or T line has no color or T line has same color with C line. No matter whether there is Tilmicosin residue in sample, C line will appear, it means the test is valid.

6. Operation procedures

6.1 Please read the manual carefully before use. Return the test strip and sample to room temperature.
6.2 Take out the required bottle from the kit, take out the required microwell, make the appropriate mark, please use it within 1 hour. Please seal the cap of the unused micropore to avoid moisture.
6.3 Use a micropipette to take 200ul of the sample into the microwell, repeat the aspiration 5 times, and thoroughly mix the sample with the reagent in the microwell until there are no solid particles visually judged (this is a very important step).
6.4 Incubate at 40±2°C for 3 minutes. Then insert the test strip into the microwell and place the end with the MAX into the liquid.
6.5 Insert the test strip into the liquid for 3 minutes, then read the result, and judge the result according to the result diagram or description of the instruction manual.

8. Precautions

1) Use test strips at room temperature, please do not use expired test strips.
2) Cap the bottle immediately after removing the reagent. If the 8 microwells cannot be used at the same time, immediately cap the microwells, put them back in the bottle, and store in an airtight container with proper storage methods.
3) Do not touch the white film surface in the middle of the test paper, avoid direct sunlight and direct blowing of fans.
4) The milk sample should be completely liquid, free of lumps, sourness and precipitation.
5) Use the test strip again for a positive result.

9. Specificity

This product has no cross-reaction with quinolones, sulfonamides, tetracyclines, etc.

10. Storage and expiration date

Storage: 2-8 ℃ dark, sealed, dry place, do not freeze.
Expiration date: 12 months; production date is on the box.
