Features:
As a matching and auto dispensing equipment for Js series concrete mixer, the PL series batching machine can complete the batching program for sandstone material according to customer requirements. In addition, this machine consists of storage hopper, weighing system, feeder system, electric control system and so on. There are two kinds of feeding ways like pneumatic brake and belt convey.
Adopt electronic weighing digital display and control technique of microcomputer, it has many advantages, such as accurate weighing, high precise batching, high speed, strong control function and easy to operate and so on.
For this serial products, there are many structures and the combining form is flexible, and so can be combined with the corresponding concrete mixer for making up different forms and spec concrete batching plant.

PL series batcher is auto batching equipment with mixer motor. It can auto metical complete sand, stone, cement and other species ingredients procedures according to design of concrete requirements of users. This equipment is composed of aggregate silo, weighing system, feeding system, control system and other components. There are two feeding way including pneumatic strobe and belt conveying.
This series product use electronic weighing, computer control, the digital display and the cable remote operation. There are various virtue including high weighing and distributing material accuracy, rapid speed, good control ability and easy operation.
This series of products structure and the form is flexible, which can be apply to the various forms of the concrete mixer
