Definition:
Light Weight Insulation Refractory Brick is an aluminum silicate material which content of more than 48% alumina. It is formed and calcined from alumina or other raw materials with high alumina content. The advantage of this material are high thermal stability, refractoriness above 1770℃,good slag resistance.
When the content of Al2O3 less than 70%, the load softening temperature depends on the quantity ratio between the mullite crystal phase and liquid phase. With the increase in the quantity of mullite, It also increased. Therefore, reducing the content of impurities in the raw materials is beneficial to improve the quality of the High alumina refractory bricks.
Advantage:
(1) Light weight: using this product in construction can reduce the weight of the building and greatly reduce the comprehensive cost of the building.
(2) Insulation and heat insulation: During the manufacturing process of aerated concrete, tiny pores are formed inside, and these pores form an air layer in the material, which greatly improves the effect of thermal insulation
(3) Sound absorption and sound insulation: good sound absorption and sound insulation performance can create high airtight indoor space for you. Provide you with a quiet and comfortable environment.
(4) Small shrinkage value: The excellent material with a small shrinkage value ensures that your wall will not crack.
(5) Impermeability: The pore structure of this product makes the capillary action poor, and the water absorption and moisture conduction are slow. The time required for the same volume of water absorption to saturation is 5 times that of clay bricks.
