The SKJ organic pellet press machine good for press different kind of materials into columnar shape pellets, it is mainly suing for making grass type animal feed pellet making, organic fertilizer pellet making, and small capacity wood pellets making.
The organic pellet press machine working principle, the motor power is transmitted to the main shaft by the transmission mechanism, and the main shaft drives the die to rotate; the material rotates with the die and is forced to be squeezed between the die and the roller, under the above action mechanism, the livestock manure material is continuously pressed into the holes of the flat die, and finally pressed from the die hole to form columnar type pellets, which are finally rolled out from the discharging port through the material discharging device.
